Welcome to Link234 (“Platform”). These Terms and Conditions govern your use of our website and services. Depending on your location, payments are processed by:

• International customers (outside India): Web Hive UG, registered in Hanau, Germany (Handelsregister: HRB98089).
• Indian customers: Enumeration Technologies Pvt Ltd, registered in India (GSTIN: 36AADCE3051H1ZX).

Link234 provides online digital services, memberships, and subscriptions. No physical goods are shipped unless otherwise stated. All content, branding, logos, and software on this Platform are the property of Link234 and its licensors. Users receive a limited, non-exclusive license to access and use the Platform.

• Payments from international users are processed by Stripe on behalf of Web Hive UG.
• Payments from Indian users are processed by Razorpay on behalf of Enumeration Technologies Pvt Ltd.
• All prices are displayed in the applicable currency (EUR/USD for international, INR for India) and are inclusive/exclusive of VAT or GST as indicated.
• Recurring subscriptions will renew automatically unless cancelled before the next billing cycle.

• Refunds are governed by our separate Refund & Cancellation Policy, available on this website.
• Digital services and memberships may not be eligible for refunds once accessed or consumed.
• Refund requests must be submitted in writing via our contact page or support email.
• Refunds for international customers are handled by Web Hive UG; refunds for Indian customers are handled by Enumeration Technologies Pvt Ltd.

You agree not to misuse the Platform. Prohibited activities include publishing or copying our content, reverse engineering, illegal use, fraud, data scraping, and unauthorized advertising. By submitting any content (text, images, etc.) on the Platform, you grant Link234 a non-exclusive, worldwide license to use and display such content in connection with our services. The Platform and services are provided “as is”. We make no guarantees of uninterrupted service, accuracy, or fitness for a particular purpose. Neither Link234, Web Hive UG, nor Enumeration Technologies Pvt Ltd shall be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages. Liability is limited to the maximum extent permitted by law. You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Link234, Web Hive UG, and Enumeration Technologies Pvt Ltd from claims, losses, or damages resulting from your use of the Platform or breach of these Terms.

• For international customers, these Terms are governed by German law and any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Hesse, Germany.
• For Indian customers, these Terms are governed by Indian law and disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Bengaluru, Karnataka (or your registered Indian jurisdiction).
